Before leaving NTNU, please let us know how we can reach out to you. Please give your new or private email address to Babak. It is important for us to be able to contact you after your NTNU email address expires:

• We might want to publish some results from your thesis: Your thesis contains valuable results that need to be disseminated.
• We will be happy to cooperate with you to supervise new master students: We will ask you about topics that might be relevant for you in your new job. You can supervise new students together with us.
• We might have a paid job for you: Sometimes we need external examiners, paid by NTNU to grade exams or master theses. We will check with all our alumni when such tasks are available.

Please also make sure you have done the following before leaving:

• Did you deliver any books or other resources such as voice recording devices etc.?
• Did you send the latest version of your thesis to us? Unfortunately we don’t automatically get a latest version from the IT system so we need you to forward the uploaded version to us.
• Did you let us know whether you have anonymized and/or deleted all the sensitive data you collected during your project? As Babak normally is the contact person for SIKT I need to have your confirmation before you leave.
