Sad for us, but an exciting week for Sajid as he begins his new role as Assistant Professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway. Sajid has been a valued member of our group since 2022, first as an ERCIM postdoctoral fellow and later as a postdoctoral researcher in our PlatVel project.
Sajid moved to Norway with his family in April 2022 and started an ERCIM postdoctoral fellowship with our group. In 2023, he transitioned to a postdoctoral position in the PlatVel project. This week, he takes the next step in his academic career by joining the University of South-Eastern Norway as an Assistant Professor, where he will teach courses in software engineering.
Throughout his time with us, Sajid played an active role in the group. He contributed to teaching and student supervision and was involved in several research publications within the field of digital transformation in healthcare. He also co-authored papers presented at educational and pedagogical conferences, based on research conducted on our courses together with other members of the group.
We would like to thank Sajid for his many contributions and wish him the very best in his new position. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and hope for many fruitful opportunities to work together in the future.
