Hamid Mehmood will be the first PhD in our PlatVel project to defend his PhD thesis. We are very excited and invite all of you to join his defense ceremony either physically or online.

Title of the thesis: Employee Participation in Digital Transformation : A Knowledge Integration Perspective.
Hamid has studied employee participation in the municipal part of the Helseplattformen project.
The committee assigned to evaluate the PhD consists of professor Gunnar Ellingsen (Univ. of Tromsø) and Associate professor Nina Bolous-Rødje (Univ. Roskilde, Denmark). Internal member of the committee is professor Michail Giannakos. Professors Torgeir Dingsøyr and Elena Parmiggiani have been co-supervisors for Hamid.
