About Amany: Amany Elbanna is professor of Information Systems and Digital Transformation at Royal Holloway University of London. She is specialised in the social studies of information technology in relation to development, implementation, and use. She published over 100 articles in academic journals, refereed conferences and book chapters. Her work is published in top field journals such as MIS Quarterly, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology. She received the International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP) Service Award in 2020, the Association of Information Systems Distinguished Member in 2020 and the Association of Information Systems Distinguished Member Cum Laude in 2023 and listed in the Hall of Fame of the Journal of the Association of Information Systems in 2019. Amany is a member of the editorial board of several journals including Information Systems Research and Journal of the Association of Information Systems.  She is a regular speaker in industry and a founding member and past Director-elect of Professional Development of the UK chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (UK-ACMP).
